Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL)

Do you want to teach English overseas or while travelling? Or maybe you would like to revamp your teaching style or earn an income from the comfort of your own home. Why not enrol for a TEFL course?

Whether you are new to teaching or an experienced teacher already, our TEFL course will teach you everything you need to know to manage your classroom and create a fun, interactive and rich learning experience for your students at home or abroad. We have also added a module that teaches you the skills to take your English teaching lessons online.

You will receive a certificate of competence for this TEFL short course once you have successfully completed both the theoretical and practical components.

Course dates

TEFL (full time):
1 February – 26 February
6 hours/day; 5 days/week; 4 weeks
Online from 9:00 to 14:00 daily in four, one-hour video-call sessions with a 15-minute break in between each session. Trainees will then get 1 to 2 hours of reading and research to do in preparation for the next day’s session.

TEFL (part time) 1:
8 March – 28 May
2 hours/day; 2 days/week; 12 weeks

TEFL (part time) 2:
7 June – 27 August
2 hours/day; 2 days/week; 12 weeks

TEFL (part time) 3:
6 September – 26 November
2 hours/day; 2 days/week; 12 weeks

Our presenters are qualified and experienced TEFL trainers who will guide you on your journey to becoming an English as a second language (ESL) teacher.


We present this 120-hour TEFL short course as a full-time, 4-week online course or as a 12-week, part-time blended course.
