Communicating and connecting with your clients is about more than just using the right words. You need to use them in the right way, at the right time, in the right place. We can help you to improve the synergy between your thoughts and the way they are presented – ensuring that your brand and company style are conveyed in every brochure, form, letter and report your company sends out into the world.

Take your company to new heights of communication

Our communication design service is made up of four steps. We strongly recommend applying all four during the process, but it’s possible to look at specific focus areas if you have very particular needs.

  1. Analysis
    First, we’ll analyse all your digital and print communication based on the objective of each piece of communication and who your target audience is. We’ll determine what can be done differently to improve the impact of your communication.
  2. Document design
    We then use the information gained in our analysis to align the layout of your various documents with the communicative needs you want to meet. We can also help create a style guide for your company so that you can continue the good work.
  3. Language editing and plain language
    Next up, we’ll edit the text to make sure that the register and style of your documents are aligned with your communicative objectives and are tailored to your target audience. We can also include language guidelines and house rules on language usage in your style guide.
    Worried that your texts may not be compliant with the Consumer Protection Act (Act 68 of 2008)? We can also help you with issues related to plain language use as part of the editing process.
  4. Testing
    We test these layout and language changes on research participants from your target audience. This means that you don’t just have to take our word that your updated texts will better satisfy your communicative objectives and have a greater impact on your target audience.
