Writing groups

Writing groups

Postgrad studies could be a lonely endeavour. You may battle to keep writing momentum, and support from someone who understands exactly what you are going through may be very welcome. That’s where our writing groups come in.

A writing group creates an opportunity to interact with other postgrad students and to support each other through the writing process. It can be an extremely motivating and empowering way to work on and develop your writing, while connecting with others.

Postgraduate writing groups

A postgraduate writing group typically ranges from five to eight members who meet regularly to give and receive constructive writing input. This develops your writing and critical reading skills. Come chat to us and we’ll discuss how a group can work and can provide training to help you give useful feedback.

If you’re interested in starting or joining a writing group, please contact Rose Richards.
